Job Requirements

  1. Diploma / Degree in any discipline for Executive post
  2. Preferably 1-2 years working experience in related field
  3. Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Self-motivated, independent and possess initiative
  6. Fresh graduates will be considered too

Job Duties

  1. Handle incoming calls and attend customer enquiries, ensure excellent and timely response to customers
  2. Provide internal sales support which including preparing quotation, confirmation order, delivery order, invoices and other relevant documents
  3. Assist sales order processing and follow up on delivery status of orders and track on collection
  4. Co-ordinate with logistics department to ensure on-time delivery to customer
  5. Liaise with customers to provide update order status
  6. Process sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports
