7. How to check product warranty?

You can check product warranty from the Warranty card inside your package.

Please take note all products sell at KVC B4B Website is subject to manufacturer warranty.

In case you cannot find your warranty card, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

8. How do I go about servicing my product?

Please send the product(s) directly to the respective Service Center stated on the warranty card.

For a prompt warranty claim, kindly include all the accessories, warranty card and KVC Tax Invoice.

9. If my product is out of warranty period, do I need to pay for repairs?

If your product is out of warranty period, you will be responsible for the repairing cost.

We suggest you repair the product at the warranty center authorized by the manufacturer (the warranty center on your warranty card) for better quality services.

11. Where can I request an official receipt?

KVC’s official receipts are usually attached with the items during the delivery services.

However, in the event if you did not receive the receipt for the item, please call us at 03 8925 2828, refer to CSD department.

12. Can I call KVC to place an order?

You may call us for step-by-step assistance on how to place order.

We are not able to place an order for you due to security reasons.

13. Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

An order confirmation with the order summary will be sent to you view Email right after you have placed your order with a successful transaction.

14. I’m not able to add the selected item to my cart, why is this happening?

If you are unable to select the item to your cart, that is because the product needs to request for pricing before proceeding further.

15. If I added the item in my cart, does it confirm my booking on that item?

When you added your desired item to the cart, it does not guarantee your booking of the item.

If you do not proceed to check out and make a payment immediately, your item still is subjected to change of price and discounts rule.

18. How can I change the delivery address/ phone number/recipient for order that has been placed?

Changes in delivery address/phone number or recipient of the items is not allowed after the order has successfully made. This is one of the precaution steps to avoid fraud attempt.

Kindly ensure all the information is correct prior placing an order.

19. I received an incomplete order, what should I do?

Please notify us immediately so we can assist you promptly.

You are required to get back to us within 72 hours upon receiving a damage/defective/incorrect item.

20. When will I receive my order?

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Care team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and updating the status at Your Order under your KVC B4B account.

1) Within Klang Valley : 3-7 working days (except Weekend and Public Holidays)

2) Out of Klang Valley : 5-10 working days (except Weekend and Public Holidays)

21. Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Please take not there are no delivery will be scheduled for weekends or public holidays.

Once status of your order changed to delivery in progress, you should receive your order within 1 or 2 working days.
