news and events / 2022 KVC Sales Conference & Leadership Meeting

The 2022 Sales Conference and KVC Leadership Meeting (KLM) was held on the 14th to 16th July, consisting of more than 200 KVC workforce from the sales and marketing team. The event was held at the KVC headquarters with the theme of “How to become a Highly Effective Salesforce”.

The Sales Conference was structured in a way that equips our salesforce with the necessary knowledge and techniques to support their roles and function. This was achieved with the various sharing sessions by KVC leaders on key business strategies, real life experiences, a sharing session from our founder, and tools from the Stephen R. Covey book, “The 8th Habit: From Effectiveness to Greatness.”

In addition, each participant was given a copy of the book which will serve as a guide for them to apply the key tools and habits to becoming a good leader themselves. We also had Christian Chua, Founder & Master Trainer from Christian Chua Training Academy to talk about sales functional skills which includes negotiation skills, customer service, motivation, body language, etc.

Moreover, the KLM session which was attended by managers had presentations from senior leaders on KVC financial performance, operational excellence and the plan for moving forward. Throughout the session, there were dialogues between managers and senior leaders to exchange ideas and concerns on the company and operation matters. 

There were dinners for both days which allowed our people to have a wonderful bonding session with each other after the training. We are delighted that this event is widely enjoyed by the participants, and we wish to express our sincere appreciation for the organizing team, mentors, facilitators and presenters for making this event great.
