KVC Industrial Supplies and Rockwell Automation joined forces to conduct an engaging workshop titled "Embarking the Digital Journey" on June 20th, 2023, at the Multipurpose Hall, Wisma KVC. The primary objective of this workshop was to introduce our customers to transformative solutions that can revolutionize their businesses. The event showcased new solutions, innovations, and captivating technology demonstrations.
The workshop covered a range of essential topics, including FactoryTalk Analytics Dataview, FactoryTalk Metrics, FactoryTalk Optix, ThinManager for Centralized Management solutions, and Fiix as a CMMS solution. The session commenced with a warm welcome speech from Sam Weng Choon, KVC's Category Manager. Calvin Lai, Software and Control Business Manager at Rockwell Automation, then shared insights on achieving Overall Equipment Efficiency with FactoryTalk Analytics Dataview. This was followed by live software demonstrations of Dataview and FactoryTalk Metrics. Calvin Lai also presented on "Visualisation for Visionaries" using FactoryTalk Optix. Divagen Daniel, KVC's Solution Architect, delved into the topic of Secure Centralized Application Management for ThinManager. The final topic, "The Future of Maintenance for Fiix," was presented by Lee Chengwei, KVC's Senior Sales Engineer.
During the tech showcase session, we had the opportunity to demonstrate the latest software innovations and how they can help our customers overcome their challenges. The event was further enlivened by an interactive quiz and a lucky draw session, adding cheerfulness and excitement to the overall experience.
