The 2023 KVC Leadership Meeting (KLM) took place on the 7th and 8th of August with more than 100 attendees from the KVC workforce, primarily comprised of managers and senior management team members. The event was held at the KVC headquarters with the theme of “Opporthreats: Do We Sell Enough?”
The session reemphasised our commitment to growth, innovation, and excellence while revealing new initiatives that will shape KVC’s path in the following months. The meeting began with a comprehensive review of KVC’s financial performance and Malaysia’s economic insights.
Our strategic vision and goals were conveyed efficiently through the topics of market insights, XtructureD Solutions (XD) references, and operations updates. With a focus on innovation, customer-centricity, and sustainability, we aim to continue positioning ourselves as the industry's frontrunner.
During the meeting, attendees were introduced to the new initiative of KVC Sustainability, which explained what it is, what we have done as a company, how we can provide solutions to our customers, and the Consumer Sustainability Readiness Index (COSIRI).
Before ending the session, all attendees were given the opportunity to input their questions anonymously and then have those questions answered by the senior management team. We were delighted that the participants widely enjoyed this event, and we wish to express our sincere appreciation to the organising team, facilitators, and presenters for making this event a success.
