Ultimaker and other 3D printing machines have lower running costs and faster production rates than customers outsource to their suppliers. The quality of 3D printing parts is ready for manufacturing use, not only limited in the prototype area. 3D printing has now known as the industry 4.0 solution and can be used widely in any industry.

This year, KVC has successfully introduced and supplies Ultimaker 3D Printer to one of the manufacturers of the electronic products in Nilai and one of the technologically advanced and trusted manufacturing solutions providers in Penang. Ultimaker comes with three different types of printer which could satisfy the different requirement: Ultimaker 5S and Ultimaker 2+.

Ultimaker S5 is built to run continuously and maximize uptime, combines dual extrusion, advanced connectivity, and an open filament system – ready to make 3D printing accessible for even more applications, from rapid prototyping to creating on-demand tooling and end-use parts. Ultimaker S5 is an easy-to-use desktop 3D printer with a large build volume, a dual extrusion technology for complex designs, a fast-customizable setup with print cores which provides higher productivity.

Ultimaker 2+ Connect has brought new up-to-date technology including touchscreen, network connectivity, user-friendly setup, and reliable printing platform. 12 units of the predecessor and a total of 24 units of Ultimaker machine have been sold in Malaysia this year.

Other than technical advice, installation, test & commissioning, and after-sales services, KVC also provides product training to customers in order to ensure the solution's effectiveness. It is aligned with our focus on delivering the best customer experience anywhere, anytime. It was a really knowledgeable and informative training as everyone is very keen to have an insight of the product.
