Long DescriptionOvervoltage protection with varistors in terminal design. The metal-oxide varistors can be used in terminal design. They are approved for a maximum sine-wave-form power-frequency operating voltage, which is printed on the component. Any voltages greater than the permitted maximum are discharged safely within 25 ns. Varistors are used for medium to high power.It is made of BZP (Bright Zinc Plated) steel of Grade 8.8 and comes with threaded Rod. This product also meets DIN 975 standard.Base element for the pluggable VSPC arresters. Integrated PE foot in the base of the impedance-neutral VSPC BASE and floating earth PE connection (FG) via integrated sparkover gap, safely discharges up to 20 kA (8/20 µs) and 2.5 kA (10/350 µs) to PE. Suitable for unearthed signal circuits.
