Long DescriptionCNMG Turning Inserts. 80° Rhombic Insert. Insert Grade QX5030. (ISO P20-P40 M20-M30) CVD Coated. - Medium / rough turning and intermediate cutting of steel / stainless steel. Combination of toughest substrate and alumina coating (MT-TiCN + TiC + AL2O3 + TiN) having superior chipping resistance provide wide coverage. Chip Breaker: NM6. Application: Med Cut.Blade Connector Terminals. Pack quantity: 100. Durable low cost copper or brass connectors. Manufactured as single piece connectors. Electro tinned to protect from corrosion. Insulated with flared entry, colour coded vinyl sleeves. All disconnect terminals supplied with anti-vibration copper sleeve.SMC's popular one touch technology has been incorporated into this series where all the wetted metal parts are made from stainless steel. This fitting is suitable for use in CRT production for example where the use of copper must be avoided. Other applications include wash down or other environments that could corrode normal fittings. KG can be used for vacuum 100 kPa and pressures up to 1 MPa (~150 PSI). This fitting is available in 27 different body styles, with connection sizes from M5 to + R(PT), and tube sizes from 4mm OD to 12 mm OD.
