Long Description	The 4760-F E 2K Electronic Side Cutter is a precision ESD-safe tool designed for work with electrostatic-sensitive components in electronics and assembly applications. Featuring a pointed head and maximum stability under load, it is crafted with additional inductive hardening, a box joint, and a double-opening leaf spring for reliable performance. The cutting edges are polished to a high-gloss gunmetal finish and hardened to 61–63 HRC, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and durability. Made from premium ELORA high-grade tool steel C60 (1.0601) and equipped with 2-component ESD handles with a surface resistance of 10⁶–10⁹ Ω, it provides safe operation against electrostatic discharge. Compliant with DIN ISO 9654 and ESD standard DIN IEC 614340-5-1, this side cutter combines precision, strength, and safety for professional electronics work.	Glass cartridge fuses are ideal for providing protection to devices or internal circuits from short circuits and overcurrent. They are deliberately weaker components which, when too much current is drawn, will blow. Once the fuse has blown it will need replacing in order to make the circuit complete and allow the flow of current.
