Long DescriptionTerasaki earth leakage relays are easily connected to the sensing toroid with a 2 wire connection. The relays come complete with 1 trip contact to control shunt trip or under-voltage trip fitted to a circuit breaker. To reduce nusinace tripping they come with harmonic filters. They can be remotely reset which reduces the requirement to be on site.Earth Leakage Relays (ELRs) are used to detect earth leakage currents in an electrical networks. These devices ensure protection of installation and persons against direct & indirect contacts. In event of an insulation fault, these ELRs trips the circuit breakers fitted with shunt.
