Long DescriptionSMC has improved product performance and reliability with the redesigned SY series valve. The SY3000 and SY5000 have the same valve width as their predecessors, but the flow has been increased by up to 80%, allowing the valve size to be reduced. A built-in strainer in the pilot valve prevents trouble caused by foreign matter. By using H-NBR seal material for the main valve and seals, Ozone resistance has been improved. Side, top and bottom port/pipe directions are available to allow flexible installation. The SY is available in body ported or base mounted styles, and can be used individually or manifold mounted.The series CU free mount cylinder saves space and allows direct and precise mounting. It is available in 6mm to 32mm bore sizes with stroke lengths up to 50mm. Options include auto-switch capabilities, free mount choices, recessed switch mounting grooves, non-rotating rod, double rod, single and double acting, and rubber bumpers standard.SMC has redesigned the CQ2 compact cylinder with a new body, making it possible to mount auto switches on any of the 4 surfaces, depending on the installation conditions. Auto switch mounting grooves have replaced the CQ2s mounting rails, preventing projection of auto switches and improving ease and safety of work.
