With a completely oil-free design featuring fluoro-coated rubber portions, it maintains purity and reliability in critical environments. All wetted parts are non-metallic to prevent contamination, and each part is meticulously washed and assembled in a clean room, then packed in a duplicate package for added protection. The KPL Elbow can also operate in vacuum conditions down to -100 kPa, making it ideal for applications requiring rigorous cleanliness and precision.The DNF18-205FIB-3K Reel Smart™ Disconnect is a continuously molded and fully insulated female disconnect with a funnel entry. The continuously molded design allows for consistent and reliable processing through Panduit applicators. The internal wire stop assures proper wire insertion length into the terminal barrel for a higher quality connection, and the funnel entry allows for faster wire insertion and lower installed cost. Barrel serrations assure good wire contact and maximum tensile strength.The vibration resistant DiscoGrip™ female disconnect is made of brass and is tin-plated. It is fully insulated in blue premium nylon housing. The disconnect has a funnel entry barrel configuration and a butted seam barrel.
