Long DescriptionThis micrometer style adjustment allows easy accurate setting. Slipping action at pre-set torque eliminates overtightening. The adjustment ring automatically disengages when the tool is in use to prevent accidental adjustment. Stainless steel shafts. Anodised aluminium handles. Suitable for electrical, electronics and instrument assembly works.Manufactured to ISO 6789 : 2003 with an accuracy +/- 6% of reading.Suitable for repairing damaged and worn threads, also ideal for new applications. Ideal for use with alloys and other light materials. Can also be used for converting from metric to inch and vice versa. 1 1/2" x diameter in length. Other lengths are available on request. Each kit supplied with inserts, HSS hand tap, insertion tool and instructions.Kits come complete with: Hand Tap, Inserting Tool and Inserts. M12,M14 and M16 in range do not include drill bit.
