Long DescriptionThe REMS Cento is a lightweight, compact pipe cutting machine designed for fast, dry, and precise cutting of pipes up to 4" in diameter without creating outer burrs. Weighing only 15 kg, it features a stable, distortion-free cast construction for right-angled cuts, making it ideal for stainless steel and copper tubes in pressfitting systems. With a powerful 1200 W universal motor, it cuts stainless steel pipes up to Ø 2" in just 4 seconds. The machine includes a patented linear advance system for quick cutting, a safety foot-switch with an emergency stop, and a connection for a deburrer. It is equipped with robust, maintenance-free gears and specially hardened REMS cutter wheels for long service life. Suitable for various pipe materials, it offers a cutting range of Ø 8–115 mm (1/4"–4") and can be used on a workbench, stand, or wheel stand. Accessories include hardened rollers, a ring spanner, and a safety foot-switch, but the cutting wheel is sold separately.Wide range of fault interruption ratings from 25 to 200kA to cater for a wide spectrum of applications. MCCB sizes available from 16 to 3000A with various common frames and common accessories which simplifies use.
