Long Description	The exothermic welding process is a method of making electrical connections of copper to copper or copper to steel in which no outside source of heat or power is required. In this process, granular metals (granular copper oxide and aluminium) are placed from a container into a graphite crucible and ignited. This process is a cost effective method of completing a high quality electrical connection and is also simple to follow.	Checking stands offer a safe basis for precise and fast bore gauging, e.g. for the serial production of small components. The MST58 has a measuring stroke of ca. 35 mm, the MST102 of ca. 130 mm.
