Long DescriptionThe MY1M Rodless Cylinders have a one-piece carriage and piston that runs its entire stroke length housed with an inner seal belt to maintain air pressure combined with an outer dust seal band to protect from contaminants. This design offers a compact footprint compared to rod-style cylinders and features a low profile. The integrated slide bearing internal guide provides lateral stability protecting it from side load impacts. Air cushions are standard and external shock absorbers are optional.ABB motors are of the totally enclosed, three phase squirrel cage type, built to comply with international IEC and EN standards. Motors conforming to other national and international specifications are also available on request. All production units are certified to ISO 9001 international quality standard as well ISO 14000 environmental standard and confirm to all applicable EU Directives. ABB is one of only a handful of leading motor manufacturers in Europe to have a motor range to meet or exceed the minimum efficiencies stated in the highest level of the EU agreement of low voltage motors. These efficiency levels apply to 2and 4-pole, three phase squirrel cage induction motors rated for 400V, 50Hz with S1 duty class with the output 1.1 to 90 kW, which account for the largest volume on the market. ABB uses class F insulation systems, which, with temperature rise B, is the most common requirement among industry today. The use of Class F insulation with Class B temperature rise gives ABB products a 25° C safety margin. It can also be used to extend insulation life. For instance, a 10 K temperature reduction will extend the insulation life.
