Long DescriptionThis XS1 is a part of the OsiSense XS product range of inductive proximity sensors. Inductive proximity sensors enable the detection, without physical contact, of metal objects. Its range of applications is very extensive and includes monitoring the position of machine parts (cams, end stops, etc.) or counting the presence of metal objects. These sensors have high operating rates, fast response, and excellent resistance to industrial environments (robust products, fully encapsulated in resin). The sensor has an operating range of 0.04in (1mm) to 0.2in (5mm). The sensor accepts 12VDC to 24VDC power and provides a programmable normally open or normally closed discrete PNP/NPN outputs as well as an output state LED. The sensor is a flush mountable nickel plated brass M18 thread barrel sensor with a 4-wire cable. It is compliant with UL, CE, and CSA standards and IP67 rated. It is suitable for railway, mobile equipment, material handling/conveying/logistics, material working/machine tools, packaging, robotics, food and beverage industries. This product is certified by CE, CSA and UL. Inductive sensors come in flush and non-flush versions, M8, M12, M18, M30 short and long bodies cylindrical forms, standard cubic, rectangular and flat forms. The inductive proximity sensors for non contact sensing of metal objects up to 60mm. It is designed for use in industrial applications relating to presence detection.It comes with anti-rust and solvent resistant powder coat finish protects against incidental damage, perforated sides optimise space with easy to install accessories and tool holders and steel inner walls for added strength and extra rigidity. This range has been made with the heavy industrial user in mind. It features full width top chests and full height cabinets with alloy style castors. All corners are angled to maintain product shape and offer cabinet protection during repositioning. This range features fully opening drawers with classic design pulls to allow easy access.
