Long DescriptionHeavy duty bolt clamps to DIN 3017 are specifically designed to give extremely high band tension for sealing pressure/suction lines with either steel or plastic reinforcement and high shore hardness. Reinforced loops withstand significantly higher torques and the mechanically locked closure has no welding points and therefore no contact corrosion. Bridge gives optimal hose protection and the robust band with rounded edges for protection against injuries and/or damage to the hose surface. W2 material. Band grade 430 stainless steel. Housing/bolt 8.8 grade BZP.The 'Industry Standard' coupling. For use with air tools, garage, industrial air line supplies and test panels. Free air flow rate at 7bar/100psi: 35 to 42cfm (990 to 1130ltr/min). Zinc plated all steel construction, finished in hard wearing passivate. Stainless steel springs and balls. Positive single locking action prevents accidental dislocation. For fixed applications - for couplings for trailing hoses see 'Vertex' type below.
