Long DescriptionIdea for environments where impact resistance is important. Metal Gear mounting plates are supplied to allow efficiebt installation. Gaskets are injected into lamp body to form continuous seal. UV protected polycarbonate diffuser with high impact resistance. Supplied with nylon suspension straps to retain the gear tray and facilitate installation. The degree of protection is IP 65 with protection against dust and water blating. Diffuser clips are retained to the body.Grades: QX520 (ISO P10-P35 M10-M30 K10-K30) Coated. An excellent general purpose grade for medium roughing on Steels, Stainless and Cast Irons. QX530 (ISO P25-P35 M15-M25) Coated.- Turning grade for Steels, Cast Steels and Stainless Steels. A good general purpose Steel grade for roughing. Chip Breaker: R11. Application: Rough.The thermal/time characteristic of MDIs monitors the most economic use of cable and transformers. The directly heated bimetal element indicates mean r.i.s current over 8, 15 or 20 mins. A red slave pointer shows highest value reached and has a wire sealable reset knob. The optional saturating C.T. limits the power into the MDI and is used where a protection relay is connected in series from the same C.T. Scales are calibrated to match the C.T. plus 20% overload (e.g. 0-5-6-A).
