It features metal-to-metal armour clamping, a displacement-type inner flameproof seal, and a controlled outer load retention seal to ensure secure cable termination. The unique OSTG mechanism prevents overtightening, while its design minimizes cold flow in cables. Suitable for Class I Zone 1, 2, 21, and 22, as well as Class I Division 2 ABCD installations, it operates within a temperature range of -60°C to +130°C. Manufactured from brass, electroless nickel-plated brass, or aluminium, with a CMP SOLO LSF halogen-free thermoset elastomer seal, it complies with BS 6121, IEC 62444, and EN 60079 standards.
