Chipbreaker fast stock removal for improved control and reduced chips for use on hard materials, i.e. steel alloy 50RC, 60RC, carbon and cast iron.This XCSTA Key Operated Safety Switch for guard doors has an adjustable turret head and a robust red coated polyamide body with 2 x Pg 11 cable gland entries, allowing for flexible installation. It has 3 normally closed simultaneous (slow break) contacts. Its B10D reliability data is 5 000 000. Its IP67 degree of protection makes it ideal for heavy duty use in harsh conditions. It also complies with EN/ISO 14119, EN/IEC 60204-1, EN/IEC 60947-5-1, UL 508, CSA C22.2 No 14 standards. When associated and correctly connected to an appropriate safety control unit, it conforms to Category 4, performance level PL e, SIL 3 as described in EN/ISO 13849-1, EN/IEC 61508.These D-sub connectors are ideal for use with OA equipment interfaces and also for use in EMI countermeasures. The metalized plastic hood (Model XM2S) provides excellent noise protection. A wide variety of mounting brackets and grounding fixtures are available.This product conforms to UL standards (File No. E103202) as standard (excluding the Model XM2S and some other products.)
