Long DescriptionThis Harmony XB5, double-headed modular push button has 1 red, 1 green button and 1 central white pilot light, operates with a spring return mechanism, is supplied with 24V AC/DC and uses screw clamp terminals. It is marked with "I" and "O" symbols. This double-headed push button provides a complete 2 button interface to your machines with a single panel cut-out. It is easily installed into standard 22mm diameter cut-outs and connected with simple screw-clamp connections. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66 / IP67 / IP69 / IP69K, making it ideal for operation in harsh environments. Its plastic bezel makes it ideal for applications requiring good resistance to chemical agents and/or double electrical insulation.The exothermic welding process is a method of making electrical connections of copper to copper or copper to steel in which no outside source of heat or power is required. In this process, granular metals (granular copper oxide and aluminium) are placed from a container into a graphite crucible and ignited. This process is a cost effective method of completing a high quality electrical connection and is also simple to follow.
