Long Description	NIKKON Nylon Casing Ignitors are suitable for 70W-2000W MH and HPS lamps and manufactured according to IEC 60926 and 60927 standards. The average generated pulse voltage of approximately 3.5KV-5.0KV allows proper ignition of the lamps accordingly.	The exothermic welding process is a method of making electrical connections of copper to copper or copper to steel in which no outside source of heat or power is required. In this process, granular metals (granular copper oxide and aluminium) are placed from a container into a graphite crucible and ignited. This process is a cost effective method of completing a high quality electrical connection and is also simple to follow.
