Long DescriptionThe CRB1 vane style rotary actuator is offered in 7 sizes *. Rotation angles of up to 270 is possible for the entire series. The double vane style offered on the 90 and 100 rotation allows twice the torque of the single vane. Bearings are used throughout the series to support thrust and radial loads. In addition, rubber bumpers are used internally * making this series highly reliable. Optional auto switches can be moved anywhere along the circumference to allow mounting in a position that is most appropriate for your specifications.The MGP is designed for high side load applications found in material handling, lifting and stopping. The cylinder utilizes an ultra-compact design by incorporating the cylinder body as part of the guide body. As the stroke length increases, so does the bearing length, thus enhancing the cylinders load bearing capacity. Conventional designed guided cylinders have a set bearing length resulting in dramatic decreases in side load capacity as stroke lengths increase. The MGP is the latest generation of guided cylinders and offers higher load capability, longer strokes, 2 port locations, switch mounting grooves on two sides, and a more versatile T-slot mounting than the MGQ series. Order made options for this series include adjustable air cushions, heavy duty guide rods, copper free, high temperature, and low speed.The exothermic welding process is a method of making electrical connections of copper to copper or copper to steel in which no outside source of heat or power is required.
