| Long Description | This XS cylindrical (M12 thread) inductive proximity sensor has a PPS sensing face and a nickel plated brass case. It has a supply voltage of 12V to 24V DC. This general purpose threaded cylindrical inductive proximity sensor is flush mountable and has an increased sensing range. It is mountable directly on a surface or bracket, thanks to its outer thread and twin nuts. High corrosion and impact-resistant nickel plating, keeping aspect and performance of the sensor for a longer time. Nickel plated brass provides magnetic shielding to the sensor, better accuracy and immunity to magnetic disturbance. It has 4 LED viewports for easy sensor status viewing, setup and troubleshooting. IP65, IP68 and IP69K protection makes this product ready for the harshest environments. It can operate in very cold (-25°C) and hot environments (+70°C). It has a standard M12 connector, compatible with all existing market sensor cabling. It is E2, CSA, UL certified. | The XS range is an offer of inductive proximity sensors for the detection of metal objects up to 60mm without physical contact. The oscillator produces an alternating electromagnetic field that exits the detection area of the sensor. Any metallic object penetrating this field is then detected. This general purpose threaded cylindrical (M12) inductive proximity sensor is made of metal and it is flush mountable. Its nominal sensing distance is 2mm, it supports 1 normally open 2-wire discrete output and it has a switching frequency of 25Hz (AC voltage) / 1000Hz (DC voltage). It works in a temperature range of -25°C and +70°C, it is dustproof, waterproof (IP68). It is made of metal. It measures 53mm (length) x 12mm (diameter) and weighs 0.075kg. IP65 and IP68 protection makes this product ready for the harshest environments. It is suitable for railway, mobile equipment, lifts and escalators, hoisting, material handling, machine tools, packaging, food and beverage industries, and robotics. This sensor is certified UL and CSA. It is CCC, CSA, UL certified. The main advantage of the inductive detection offered by the sensors of the XS range is that there is no physical contact with the object to be detected. | This pressure transmitter is part of the XMLP range, an offer of electronic pressure sensors. The XMLP transmitters are designed for the vacuum measuring and the pressure measuring. They are compatible with a large number of fluids. This product has a pressure range of 0bar to 10bar, with a maximum permissible accidental pressure at 30bar and a destruction pressure at 60bar. Made of stainless steel, this transmitter is ComPacT and rugged. It has an analogue output (4mA to 20mA), wich delivers a signal proportional to the measured pressure. It is appropriate for controlling air, fresh water, hydraulic oil, gas and refrigeration fluid. This pressure transmitter features a ComPacT metal body, a G 1/4 A DIN 3852-E (male) 316L stainless steel fluid connector and a EN 175301-803_A electrical connector. It is suitable for machine tools, moulding presses, stamping presses and lifting gear. It complies with RCM, CULus, CE, EAC certifications, and with NSF ANSI 61 and EN/IEC 61326-2-3 standards. Dedicated accessories, to be ordered separatly, are available to facilitate the setting of the transmitter. Switches with a display, sealing gaskets, pre-wired connectors, etc. It operates in all positions. The transmitters of the XMLP range integrate a ceramic pressure measuring cell, providing a high level of sensitivity and good resistance to abrasive fluids. |
