Long DescriptionKQ2 one-touch, metric and inch size fittings are available in a wide variety of sizes, body styles and thread types. The specially designed packing provides positive sealing under pressure without the reduced flow common with compression fittings. The KQ2 release collar releases both the chuck and collet to provide a low disconnection force for easy removal of the tubing.These C- taps assure positive all around compression with low resistance and high pullout values. Made of high conductivity wrought copper, they contain heavy reinforcing ribs, which locate the compression dies as well as strengthen the compressed joint. Ideal for pigtailing, 2-way splicing or tapping to an unbroken continuous main. UL approved for direct burial.A reducer is a kind of pipe fitting used in process piping that reduces the pipe size from a larger bore to a smaller bore (inner diameter). It allows for a change in pipe size to meet hydraulic flow requirements of the system, or to adapt to existing piping of a different size.
