Long DescriptionThis product is part of the XS range, an offer of inductive proximity sensors. This general purpose inductive proximity sensor in a cylindrical M12 design and fixed body. It is flush mountable and in a frontal detection face. It supports 4mm nominal sensing distance and 1 NO PNP discrete output. The inductive proximity sensor with a rated supply voltage of 12V to 24V DC with reverse polarity protection and no load current consumption of ≤10mA. It is furnished with 2m cable for electrical connection. It is an IP67 rated product. The enclosure is made of nickel plated brass. The length of this product is 49mm. It weighs 0.07kg. It is suitable for railway, mobile equipment, material handling/conveying/logistics, material working/machine tools, packaging, robotics, food and beverage industries. This product is certified by CE, CSA and UL. Inductive sensors come in flush and non flush versions, M8, M12, M18, M30 short and long bodies cylindrical forms, standard cubic, rectangular and flat forms. The inductive proximity sensors for non contact sensing of metal objects up to 60mm. It is designed for use in industrial applications relating to presence detection.The XS range is an offer of inductive proximity sensors for the detection, without physical contact, of metal objects. The advantages of inductive detection are numerous, no physical contact with the object to be detected. Thus avoiding wear and enabling detection of fragile or freshly painted objects. This sensor is suitable for position, displacement and deformation control/monitoring applications. It is a flat format sensor (80mm x 80mm x 26mm) , flush mountable in metal. It features a plastic case and a M12 connector. It has a sensing distance of 40mm. Two-wire DC, 12V to 24V, analogue output signal 4mA to 20mA. This sensor is ECOLAB certified.
