Long DescriptionThe NPT-150 is used for monitoring of temperature, for example temperature of pump bearings. The unit works in conjunction with a temperature sensor of type PT100 (DIN 43760) (not included). The trip point can be set by the temperature adjustment knob on the unit. The PT100 probe is connected to terminals 4, 5 & 6 on the NPT-150. There is also a setting for adjusting the delay before tripping from 0 to 10 sec. When the trip point is reached, the ON LED goes off; then after the set delay, the TRIP LED is lighted; and the contacts 11-8 close and 11-7 open.The DTR-B is sensitive to the resistance of thermistors connected to T1 - T2 and will detect overheating in motors, transformers, etcThe DTR-C is sensitive to the resistance of thermistors connected to T1 - T2 and will detect overheating in motors, transformers etc. It also comes with a manual reset button. For remote manual reset, connect a normally open push-button. to R1 - R2.
