Long DescriptionScotch® Filament Tape 8919MSR is a high-performance tape reinforced with continuous fiberglass yarn filaments and an adhesive that sticks to oily metal surfaces. The heavy clear polyester film backing provides greater stiffness and excellent abrasion, moisture, and scuff resistance. The modified synthetic rubber resin adhesive is specifically formulated to provide optimum oily metal adhesion, clean removal and stain resistance from a wide variety of surfaces. Our Tape 8919MSR is used for metal bundling, coil tabbing, high strength reinforcing, and heavy duty strapping in the construction and manufacturing industries. The tape uses a solventless adhesive coating process which offers a more sustainable option when compared to tapes made with natural rubber-based adhesives.
