Long DescriptionSeries L100 HSS Straight Shank Long Series Drills. Bright Finish - Metric. General purpose drills to drill steels with tensile strength up to 1,000N/mm2, cast steel, grey cast iron, malleable cast iron, nickel brass and graphite. Point angle: 118°, helix angle: normal, web thickness: normal, relief angle: 10° - 20°, tolerance of diameter: h8, tolerance of f11. Manufactured to BS 328; Part 1: 1986, DIN 340 RN, ISO 494. Drills with a bright finish are supplied in the as-ground condition and such tools are used generally in the machining of non-ferrous materials.The CNA2 series cylinder with lock is suitable for mid-stroke stops, emergency stops, and drop prevention. An equal holding force in extending and retracting directions make it possible to lock at either end of the stroke. High reliability and stable holding force are maintained by using a substantially lengthened brake shoe with superior wear resistance. The locking mechanism is isolated from lock release air, so lock function is not diminished by excessive dirt or drain in compressed air.The MGJ Series Miniature Guide Rod Cylinder features a compact design with an overall length of 23 mm plus stroke, width of 29 mm, and height of 14.5 mm (for MGJ6). It supports the mounting of two auto switches even with a 5 mm stroke, offers integral wiring and piping in one direction, and ensures high non-rotating accuracy of ±0.1°.
