Long DescriptionFor all applications of blind riveting. Aluminium rivet head with steel mandrel. The rivet mandrel is passed through the nose piece of a suitable riveting tool and the rivet body is placed in a prepared hole in the assembly to be fastened. The riveting action pulls the mandrel head into the body of the rivet, so opening it to form an envelope around the mandrel head. When the rivet has been fully deformed and the assembly firmly drawn together, the mandrel breaks at a pre-determined load. The riveter may then be withdrawn and reloaded.It comes with aluminium rivet head with steel mandrel. Medium strength, use with aluminium and where rust is a problem. Select grip based on thickness of material to be riveted. Suitable for all applications of blind riveting.The TIL Series Fluoropolymer tubing excels in demanding environments with its robust specifications. It supports a maximum operating pressure of 1.0 MPa at 20°C and can withstand temperatures up to 260°C, with variations depending on the operating pressure.
