1370 DC Contactors are electromagnetically held contactors specially designed to switch the armature current from a DC drive module to a shunt wound DC motor. When used with the appropriate control logic design, these contactors can disconnect the motor armature from the DC drive module when a stop is initiated or in the event of a power failure.
