The ALLEN-BRADLEY 25B-D010N104 is an AC drive that delivers 4 kW (5 HP) output for 480V AC three-phase systems and supports both 50 and 60 Hz operation. Designed for panel mounting with IP20 protection and UL/NEMA open-type ratings, it provides 10.5 A output and includes a brake IGBT for controlled stopping. Drive control modes include V/Hz, sensorless vector, closed-loop vector and permanent magnet motor control, allowing flexible performance across motor types. Built-in safety features such as Safe Torque Off (SIL2 Category 3) and PID control make it suitable for industrial motor control applications where safe torque interruption and precise process control are required.
