This product is part of the XCS range, an offer of safety switches. The limit switch is a device that converts a mechanical motion into an electrical control signal. It has 2 normally closed + 1 normally opened, slow break contacts, normally closed contact with positive opening operation. It is a switch with a rated operational current of 1.5A at 240V AC, 3A at 120V AC, 0.27A at 250V DC, 0.55 at 125V DC and a conventional enclosed thermal current of 6A. It is designed to operate in hazardous environments. It is furnished with screw clamp terminals for electrical connection and 2 cable entry tapped for PG13 cable gland. The electromagnet interlocking on energization and unlocking on de-energization of solenoid. It offers long mechanical durability which is about 1 million operating cycles. It is an IP67 rated product. The key operated turret head limit switch has a rectangular metal body which is made of Zamak. Its dimensions are 98mm (Width) x 44mm (Depth) x 146mm (Height) and weighs 1.14kg. It is intended as far as safety is concerned all dangerous machines in all sectors are involved. Such as packaging, handling, robotics, machine tools, presses, automotive sector. This product is certified by CSA and UL. It meets CSA C22.2 No 14, EN/IEC 60947-5-1, EN/IEC 60204-1, EN/ISO 12100, EN 1088/ISO 14119 and UL 508 standards.
