The ALLEN-BRADLEY 194R-HM4-NFPA3 is an internal operating handle designed to operate 100–400 A disconnect switches and maintain NFPA 80 compliance. It features a 22 inch (560 mm) shaft that allows the disconnect switch to be operated while the equipment panel door is open, providing safe and convenient access for maintenance and troubleshooting. Built specifically for 194R disconnect switch assemblies, it installs inside the enclosure to enable authorized personnel to switch power without exposing live bus connections. Ideal for electrical contractors and maintenance technicians who need compliant door‑open operation on medium‑current disconnects.
