The Greentech pleated cardboard overspray filter 10m is an accordion-style paint booth filter designed for capturing paint overspray using inertial separation, featuring approximately 250 folds to force airflow direction changes that trap particles efficiently while maintaining consistent airflow, offering filtration efficiency up to about 98.2% for water- and solvent-based paints, a high holding capacity of up to 15 kg/m², recommended operating air velocity of 0.5 to 1.0 m/s, and temperature resistance up to 180 °C, constructed from recycled kraft paper with water-based adhesives for easier handling, longer service life, and use in industrial spray booth exhaust systems.
