SHORE A PORTABLE HARDNESS

The Affri 3001 Shore A Hardness Tester, tests by using a point that penetrates the material under spring pressure, with variable force depending on the model. A direct reading is displayed on the dial which is graduated from 0 to 100 Shore Hardness Units. Slim measuring nose to ensure exact measurement, as well as on small components. Suitable for tires, soft flexible rubber, plastic, PVC, polyester, neoprene, leather, Thiokol & Nitrile rubbers, medical components, paper, sponge, etc. using Shore A, B, C, D, O, OO, E, M, 000, 000-S scales. Optional clamping system to apply constant and vertical pressure on all test pieces, also on curved surfaces assuring accurate results. The tester can be installed on the relative bench support for laboratory purposes. With tungsten tip which outlasts hardened steel up to ten times.
