The Dotco 10L1080-36 is a pneumatic inline straight die grinder designed for precision material removal, deburring, and finishing in industrial environments. It operates at a free speed of 30,000 RPM with a 0.3 HP air motor and uses a 1/4-inch collet compatible with 200 and 300 series accessories. The tool runs at 90 PSI with an air consumption of approximately 16 CFM and features a 1/4-inch NPT rear exhaust configuration to direct airflow away from the operator and workpiece. Built with a lightweight aluminum housing, it measures about 117 mm in length and weighs approximately 0.32 kg, making it suitable for extended use in confined or detailed work areas. It includes a safety lock-off throttle lever to prevent accidental activation and supports carbide burrs up to 1/2 inch and mounted wheels up to 1 inch, making it suitable for precision machining, fabrication, and maintenance applications.
