Understand Your Control Panel

1) Incoming Protection and Switching

  • Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) - This is apply at the incoming electrical current to protect electrical system from overload or short circuit.

2) Power and Energy Monitoring and Control

  • Digital Power Meter - Product comes in single phase and three phase power measurement. It measures voltage, current, frequency, power, power factor and etc. This is to monitor power consumption for incoming electrical power and from equipment loads.

3) Power Distribution Systems

  • Cable Trunking - Proper cable management inside control panel is critical for efficient maintenance and provide a cleaner installation to minimize heat generation from cables.

4) Thermal Management

  • Cooling Unit - Components inside the panel generates a lot of heat during operation, thus cooling unit(s) is/are needed to maintain operating temperature of the components to provide optimum performance and reliability to the whole control panel. Therefore, reduces premature failure of compoenents and minimized downtime.

5) Motion and Drives

  • Variable Speed Drives (VSD) - Is a type of motor controller that drives an electric motor by varying the frequency and voltage supplied to the electric motor. The frequency is directly related to the motor's RPM, the higher the frequency setting, the faster the RPM. Benefits of having a VSD are energy saving, increase production output with optimum performance of the motor, and extend equipemnt life and reduce downtime. 

6) Circuit and Load Protection

  • Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) - Is another circuit breaker whose function is to protect components from overecurrent caused by incoming power and machine loeds. It usually rated at not more than 100A. 

7) Motor Control

  • Motor Protection Circuit Breaker (MPCB) - This is used for the specific function providing protection to circuits driving electric motors. 

8) Enclosures

  • Enclosure - Components protected against dust and water using enclosure

9) Power Suppliers and Transformers

  • Power Supplies - To change AC power to DC voltage to power ip the component that required DC voltage.

10) Operator Dialog

  • Control Panel - Consist of push button, pilot light, selector switch, HMI display, and etc fo signalling and contolling function of the panel. 

11) Interface and Input/Outputs

  • Input/Outputs Interface Module (I/O Module) - To monitor and control circuit breaker, panel lighting and load application

12) Relays

  • Electromechanical Relay - Switches that open and close circuit at high frequency such as on/off motor, lighting, siren, alarm and etc.
